Responsibilities of ICC:
- Provide assistance if an employee or a student chooses to file a complaint with the police.
- Conduct Orientation Programs / Workshops on gender sensitization and sexual harassment issues.
- Offer Counseling service to Students and faculty with trained full-time counsellors.
- Establish necessary infrastructure and maintenance with adequate lighting.
- Arrange adequate and well-trained security including a good proportion or balance of women security staff.
- Endure reliable public transport in the campus.
- Concern for the safety of women students and women faculty
- Look after the discriminatory rules for women staff and students in the campus.
- Provide adequate health facilities with women doctors and nurses as well as services of a gynecologist.
- Perform amendments in the rules or ordinances where necessary by consulting management for the welfare of students and faculty.
