- To receive and examine grievances or complaints raised by faculty members related to academic, administrative, or service matters.
- To ensure a fair, transparent, and confidential process while addressing faculty grievances.
- To investigate the issues reported by faculty members and collect necessary information or evidence.
- To provide an opportunity for the concerned parties to present their views and explanations.
- To recommend appropriate solutions or corrective actions to the management or higher authorities.
- To ensure that grievances are resolved within a reasonable time frame.
- To maintain proper records and documentation of all grievances received and actions taken.
- To promote a healthy, supportive, and harmonious working environment within the institution.
