Responsibilities of Student Grievance Redressal Committee:
- To receive and address grievances or complaints submitted by students related to academic, administrative, or campus-related issues.
- To ensure a fair, transparent, and timely process in resolving student grievances.
- To investigate the complaints by collecting relevant information and interacting with the concerned parties.
- To provide students an opportunity to present their concerns and ensure their issues are heard without bias.
- To recommend appropriate corrective actions to the concerned authorities for resolving the grievances.
- To maintain proper records of grievances received, actions taken, and outcomes.
- To ensure a supportive and student-friendly environment within the institution.
- To create awareness among students about the grievance redressal mechanism available in the institution.
