Whenever a university or institute outside India gets into a tie-up or partnership a written agreement, Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) is signed that recognizes a shared interest between SVECW and other universities or institutes to together explore potential projects, funding or other arrangements that may lead to specific projects in the future.
