- Clean Technology Club of India”(Affiliated to Bambo Society) was inaugurated on 8/3/2018 in collaboration with Eco-Friendly Association (EFA).Mr.K.P.Murthy, founder of Clean Technology Club of India was the guest for the event.
- Various events were conducted for I .B.Tech II Semester Students, on the eve of “ World Water Day” organized by Eco-Friendly Association (EFA) from 21/3/2018 to 22/3/2018. Mr. Vara Prasad and Mr.A.V.Venkateswara Rao ,D.E, water resources Department, Bhimavaram, were the guests for the event.
- I.B.Tech Mechanical Student Ms. K. Mahathi, participated and secured first position in the “World youth Essay writing Competition-2018”,at Chennai from 15/3/2018 to 16/3/2018.
- I.B.Tech II Semester Students attended the “Panel Discussion on Special Status for AP” at Smt.Seetha Indoor Auditorium on 20/2/2018.
- I.B.Tech II Semester students Participated in Various events on the occasion of “National Science Day Celebrations” and the Grand Event was conducted on 28/2/2018 organized by ISTE student chapter of SVECW.
- I.B.Tech II Semester students Participated in the event of “Wealth from Waste” on 22/2/2018, organized by ECO-Friendly Association.
- Amateur Astronomy Association (AAA) of SVECW provided a facility to all the interested students to watch the best view of the Lunar Eclipse between 6:00 pm -8:00 pm on 31/1/2018.
- Foreign language Basic level Training Programme in German, Japanese, French and Spanish was held from 8/2/2018 to 25/2/2018 successfully. 108 students attended the programme. The trainers Ms.Madhavi Latha(Japanese), Ms.Joseph Xavier(Spanish), Mr.Ramesh (French), Mrs.Sowmya (German),trained the students under the co-ordination of Mr.G.J.V.Prasad, Asst.Professor of English and Mr.Ch.Gopal, Asst.Professor of English.

- Mathematics Quiz was conducted for I.B.Tech II Semester students on the occasion of 130th Birth Day celebrations of Srinivasa Ramanujan, on 21/12/2017 and Prizes were distributed to winners and runners on 22/12/2017.
- On the eve of Padma Bhushan Dr.B.V.Raju garu, Birthday celebrations an Interaction program was conducted for I.B.Tech I Semester students with Mr.Jaya Prakash Narayan EX.IPS Officer and founder of Loksatha party on 15/10/2017.

- A Field trip was arranged for I. B.Tech II Semester students to Dopper Weather Radar [DWR] Station located in Machilipatnam, Krishna District, A.P on 11/2/2017. - Mr.K.Anil Kumar rendered an awareness programme on Drugs on 29/12/15 to I.B.Tech students in Mini Auditorium.
- I B.Tech Students attended a programme conducted by Institute of Engineers held at smt.Sitha Auditorium in the campus on 26/9/15.
